DAMAC Sun City offers a flexible and convenient 75/25 payment plan, making homeownership more accessible. Upon booking, buyers are required to pay 20% of the sale price as a down payment, along with 4% DLD fees. From the 3rd to the 7th month, 1% of the sale price is payable each month, followed by 5% in the 8th month. The same pattern continues with monthly payments of 1% from the 9th to the 13th month, and 5% in the 14th month. DAMAC Sun City offers 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses with prices starting at AED 2.25 million for a 4-bedroom townhouse and AED 3.01 million for a 5-bedroom townhouse.
This cycle repeats with 1% monthly payments between the 15th and 19th months, followed by 5% in the 20th month. The next series of payments, 1% monthly, is due from the 21st to the 25th month, with 5% again in the 26th month. Between the 27th and 31st months, 1% is payable monthly, followed by 5% in the 32nd month, and 1% monthly from the 33rd to the 37th month.
Finally, upon completion of the project in March 2028, a final payment of 25% of the sale price is due. This payment structure allows for manageable installments spread over time, culminating with a lump sum at the handover of the property.
